Instrumentation

Configure and troubleshoot PLC platforms; support single-loop control strategies

Install, calibrate, and service analog and SMART instruments and analyzers
-
Repair final control elements (pneumatic/electric valves, solenoids); calibrate pneumatic and SMART positioners
-
Execute routine/regulatory calibrations for boilers and environmental systems
-
Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
-
Interpret/redline loop sheets, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
Electrical
-
Troubleshoot/install/repair AC and DC drives; support stand-alone process drives
-
Install and maintain sensors/switches: limit, proximity, photoelectric, speed, reflective
-
Repair and perform PM on 480V to 13.8kV distribution switchgear
-
Work to NFPA70E requirements (arc flash and shock hazards)

18 years or older
-
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Eligible for employment in the US

3+ years in instrumentation and electrical systems

Ready to work in industrial environments (heat, dust, chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, heights, confined spaces—with training and PPE)

Willing to complete technical online testing, interview, and a hands-on skills assessment
-
Available for any/rotating shifts, frequent overtime (including short-notice), weekends, and holidays
-
Consistent PPE and safety compliance
-
Associate degree or certifications in Industrial Maintenance or related E&I disciplines

5+ years in instrumentation and electrical work

Background in industrial manufacturing
