Client Service Associate (unlicensed) - Wealth Management
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. This role is integral in supporting our wealth advisors and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in the financial planning industry.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 annually
Responsibilities:-
Management of advisors' calendars, including scheduling of business & client meetings

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses; answer the main business line

Assist wealth advisors by preparing and organizing client documentation to ensure smooth and efficient meetings

Maintain up-to-date client records in our database

Assist clients with technical issues

Perform data entry in financial planning software

Take stewardship of community involvement, sponsorships, & events

Prepare and process client paperwork
Qualifications:-
High level of personal responsibility and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Enhanced communication skills to effectively bridge the remote work gap and maintain strong client and team relationships

Bachelor’s degree (required) in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred)

1-3 years of experience in a financial services role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude. Excellent phone skills are a must

Close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software are a plus.
