The Automotive Parts Advisor / Counter Sales Representative assists service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale clients by identifying, sourcing, and selling OEM and aftermarket automotive parts while supporting dealership parts operations.

Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter and via phone/email

Identify correct OEM and aftermarket parts using catalogs & systems

Process parts orders, quotes, invoices, and transactions

Manage special orders, backorders, and customer follow-ups

Handle core returns, warranty claims, and parts returns

Cross-sell and upsell parts and accessories

Support inventory control, stocking, and organization

Maintain a clean, efficient, and customer-focused parts department

Work closely with Service Department and Parts Manager

Prior automotive parts advisor / parts counter / dealership parts experience required

Knowledge of auto parts catalogs, inventory systems, and dealership operations

Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
