We are a growing outpatient behavioral health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists and behavioral health professionals who work collaboratively to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient. As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking a licensed therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants and offer a flexible schedule that can be tailored to your availability.
Whether you are looking to see a few patients each week or build a full-time caseload, we'd love to speak with you.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults (depending on your experience and comfortable age range)
- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with our psychiatrists to coordinate patient care and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers when appropriate
- Follow all ethical, legal, and documentation standards
- Complete notes and billing in a timely fashion
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines.
- Engage in ongoing research activities to stay current with advancements in mental health care and integrate new findings into practice.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC); Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or special populations such as individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy modalities including motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, psychopharmacology basics, grief counseling, PTSD care, addiction counseling, gender issues counseling, and working with co-occurring disorders.
- Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical terminology related to mental health treatment.
- Ability to handle crisis situations effectively through crisis management skills and social work principles.
Employment Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must be able to satisfy all credentialing requirements for participation with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans, if applicable.
Optional Requirements
- Outpatient experience is not required but preferred
- We are looking for someone who is interested in supervising up and coming LSW and LPC license holders

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. We are open to discussing:
- Hourly compensation
- Per-session pay
- Percentage-based reimbursement arrangements
