Ticknors Men's Clothier plans on enjoying a year of growth in 2026, and that growth begins with adding great individuals to our already successful sales team. At Ticknors we believe in investing in our people. We have one of the best retail sales and management training programs in the country. We are a growing high end retail company of 13 locations in six states, with many positions in management becoming available as we continue to grow and open new stores.
As with any great and growing company, we are only as successful as the people we have running the organization. Currently, we are looking to add to our already successful team at our store in Kenwood Towne Centre, in Cincinnati OH. While sales and clothing experience are appreciated, one of the greatest offerings a career with Ticknors shares is our hands on educational process. Historically, we have very little turnover with our sales staff due to the fact that our management is designed in a way to serve it's employees through in-depth sales training and assistance in creating sales. This is not your ordinary retail position. We're looking for people who can command our sales process, show genuine interest and care for clients, as well as build and maintain relationships with our customers. These long term relationships, coupled with our stores being placed in high traffic shopping centers, have proven to provide income earning potential not typically found in retail jobs for those working as part of our sales teams.
