Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closing, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging CRM systems for targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that generate interest and drive inbound inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as CI TY
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
