- Perform thorough cleaning of tasting room, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using commercial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Handle custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal with precision and care
- Manage chemical agents safely during cleaning processes, adhering to all safety protocols and handling instructions
- Conduct light maintenance tasks including minor repairs and touch-up painting in residential or commercial spaces
- Follow safe lifting practices when moving furniture or bulky items to prevent injury and ensure efficiency
Requirements
- Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical agent handling, and floor cleaning procedures
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safe practices
- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
