The Outreach Specialist builds and sustains relationships with community partners to drive awareness of MindCure’s mental health programs and services. This role operationalizes outreach events, presentations, and partnerships that expand access to care and support client engagement.

Represent MindCure at community events, health fairs, and partner meetings.

Develop and maintain referral relationships with schools, social services, healthcare providers, and nonprofits.

Deliver presentations/workshops to promote services and reduce stigma.

Collaborate with clinical/admin teams to align outreach with program goals and capacity.

Track/report activities: contacts, events, partnerships, and outcomes in CRM/EHR/database.

Distribute educational materials; manage inventory of outreach resources.

Gather community feedback/needs assessments to inform program improvements.

Support marketing and social media initiatives tied to outreach campaigns.
