Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated 3rd and 4th year electrical apprentices to join our dynamic team. This paid apprenticeship position offers a unique opportunity to develop advanced electrical skills through hands-on experience on construction sites and commercial projects. As a key member of our crew, you will work closely with licensed electricians to learn and apply industry best practices, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in every task. Duties
- Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on commercial and industrial construction sites.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
- Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to perform precise measurements and diagnostics.
- Follow strict electrical safety procedures in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations.
- Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring proper installation and compliance with safety standards.
- Support framing carpentry tasks related to electrical infrastructure as needed during construction phases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
Experience
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year apprentice in an accredited electrical apprenticeship program.
- Demonstrated industrial or commercial electrician experience through previous internships or on-site work.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70 compliance requirements for electrical installations.
- Experience reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and blueprints reading is highly preferred.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction site equipment such as frame carpentry tools.
- Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems along with basic troubleshooting skills using ohmmeters or similar testing devices.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $26.13 - $31.47 per hour
