Position:
Process Engineer (Instruments)
Responsibilities:
I. Be familiar with the customer's project specifications and control philosophies.
2. Maintain detailed working knowledge of equipment and devices required to achieve the required
finished product.
3. Maintain detailed working knowledge of all governing associations required to include but not be limited to:
a. ISA
b. UL
c. NEMA
d. ASME
e. Others as required by the project.
4. Provide completed ISA data sheets on al I instruments required on each project.
5. Provide component data sheets on all components required on each project.
6. Assist in control logic theory and control development as needed.
7. Assist in parts selection for instruments and control devises to best achieve the process control required while staying within the project estimate and budget.
8. Review manufacturing drawings to confirm installation techniques for instruments and equipment as required.
9. Review control logic drawings as needed and provide suggested changes to provide the best possible control.
I 0. Provide in-house support to:
a. Mechanical Designers
b. Project Managers
c. Manufacturing personnel
d. Other services as directed by the Engineering Manager or Director of Operations.
11. Maintain training requirements required and document (with the Quality Department).
12. Maintain working knowledge of industry requirements required to perform your duties.
13. Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Engineering Manger or Vice President of Sales & Applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Education:
Experience:
- Instrumentation: 3 years (Required)
- E & I: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Professional Engineer (Preferred)
