If so, Bains Towing & Recovery invites you to join our growing team in Yuba City, CA! We are seeking a dependable and organized Dispatcher to join our team! This position is responsible for dispatching Tow Trucks and service vehicles, coordinating driver activity, and ensuring timely response to service calls. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, customer service-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls and accurately record job details
- Dispatch tow trucks and roadside service vehicles efficiently and in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly with drivers using GPS, or dispatch software
- Track and update job statuses throughout the shift
- Handle customer inquiries and provide ETA updates
- Maintain logs and records of all calls and dispatch activity
- Work closely with drivers to ensure safety and proper procedures are followed
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or insurance companies when required
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer and typing skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching experience (towing, trucking, or emergency services preferred)
- Familiarity with Yuba City and surrounding areas
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
