Charley's Philly Steaks at The Shops at Santa Anita is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Grill Cook / Line Cook to join our team. We are an independently owned franchise that takes pride in serving fresh food with speed, consistency, and exceptional customer service.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of recent restaurant or fast-food experience, preferably working on a grill in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook all menu items according to Charley's recipes and quality standards.
- Operate the flat-top grill, fryer, prep station, and other kitchen stations efficiently during high-volume service.
- Prepare food quickly while maintaining excellent presentation, portion control, and food quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
- Restock inventory and assist with food preparation throughout the shift.
- Work together with management and team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Follow opening, closing, and shift procedures.
- Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness, including equipment, floors, dining area, and kitchen.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years of recent restaurant or fast-food experience.
- Minimum 3 years of grill or line cook experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining speed, accuracy, and food quality.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
