We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is perfectly suited for a professional who thrives on resolving intricate hydraulic challenges, managing PLC operations, and ensuring the peak performance of industrial manufacturing machinery.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate a solid background in PLC diagnostics and editing, complemented by deep expertise in hydraulic and industrial systems.
Primary Duties-
Identify, resolve, and service automated systems and PLC-driven equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Modify and analyze PLC software, specifically working with platforms like Allen-Bradley or Siemens.

Conduct essential mechanical and electrical upkeep on our industrial production assets.

Utilize PLC technology as your main diagnostic resource to pinpoint system failures.

Service and restore high-level hydraulic machinery to support team productivity.

Manage the upkeep of industrial heating units and combustion systems (preferred).

Execute routine preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.

Analyze and utilize technical blueprints, ladder logic, and electrical diagrams for repairs.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all maintenance protocols.
Essential Requirements-
Demonstrated history of success in roles such as Industrial Electrician, PLC Technician, or Maintenance Technician.

Mandatory expertise in editing and troubleshooting PLC systems.

Comprehensive background in both electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance.

Proven technical proficiency with sophisticated hydraulic equipment.

Flexibility to support our production schedule across any shift, including first, second, or third.

Strong analytical capabilities to solve complex technical problems effectively.

Ability to thrive and contribute to a high-speed manufacturing setting.
Preferred Qualifications-
Background working with combustion systems, ovens, or industrial furnaces.

Working knowledge of various PLC environments, including Siemens and Allen-Bradley.
