About the Role – Acquisition Agent
You'll work directly with homeowners looking to sell, guiding them from first call to signed contract. This is a high-volume, seller-facing phone role based on-site in our Orlando office — your day is built around dials, talk time, and conversion. You'll build rapport with motivated sellers, evaluate their properties, negotiate pricing and terms, and get deals to contract.

This role is designed for a strong acquisition professional who wants to grow beyond just closing deals. Your primary job is to work seller leads, negotiate, and close contracts. For the right person, there's a clear path into a lead / player-coach role — helping improve call quality, follow-up discipline, and team performance. Top performers who show strong results, ownership, and leadership ability can grow into a senior acquisition or Team Lead position.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80+ outbound dials a day and hold 100+ minutes of talk time
- Respond to fresh leads fast — speed-to-lead is a priority
- Build rapport with homeowners and negotiate pricing and terms directly
- Manage inbound and outbound seller leads from first contact to signed contract
- Evaluate properties and determine viability based on our acquisition criteria
- Keep the CRM clean with accurate notes and disciplined follow-ups
- Participate in daily call reviews and coaching to sharpen your close
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth closings and handoffs
Requirements
- Must score 85+ on our Job Fit Assessment to move forward
- 2+ years of sales experience (phone/inside sales strongly preferred)
- 1+ year of real estate experience — this is a must, not a train-from-scratch role
- An investor mindset — realtors welcome, but no “listing mindset”
- Proven background in relationship-based sales and closing
- Exceptional phone presence and negotiation skills
- Comfortable being measured on dials, talk time, and close rate
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools and sales platforms
- Able to reliably commute to or relocate to our Orlando, FL office
- Full-time, in-office availability and commitment required
