Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving processes, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and the ability to operate various material handling equipment. Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
- Operate ERP for inventory tracking and order processing
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and securing goods
- Ensure proper storage of received items in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts
- Assist with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and staging products for delivery or storage
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or damage
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Experience with order picking, order fulfillment, packaging, and load & unload procedures
- Strong basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
