Kinder Restoration Services wants to hire YOU as a Senior Project Manager for our Grand County market.
This position offers a competitive base salary of **$85,000 – $105,000 depending on experience**, PLUS commission potential, this is a highly compensated role for the right person who knows how to run work and win in a mountain market.
**What does a Senior Project Manager do?** They fix broken buildings, and lead the people who do it. When a pipe bursts at a Winter Park condo, a kitchen fire hits a Granby home, or a spring melt floods a Grand Lake basement, our customers are having one of the worst days of their year. That’s where YOU come in. You own the project from the first call to the final walkthrough, keep the customer calm and informed, and make sure the job gets done right, on time, and on budget.

## What you’ll do
- Own the day-to-day management of all assigned restoration projects across Grand County
- Be the quarterback of every job: scoping, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, vendor and subcontractor buyout, materials procurement, and financial reporting
- Drive customer satisfaction through clear, proactive communication with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and carriers
- Respond to and lead large or complex losses, including emergency mitigation
- Provide oversight, direction, and mentorship to field staff and technicians
- Hold crews accountable for safety compliance, jobsite cleanliness, and quality at every phase
- Manage timely deposit, progress, and final billing in coordination with the office
- Build and protect KRS’s reputation as the go-to restoration partner in the high country
## What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of project management experience in restoration or mitigation
- Working knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) preferred, or the willingness to earn them
- Experience with Xactimate estimating strongly preferred
- A self-starter who can run a market with minimal hand-holding and thrives in a fast-paced, emergency-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills with customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Comfort working across mountain terrain and weather; ability to be on-call for emergency response
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Lives in or is willing to relocate to the Grand County / Summit County area
