TRS is growing and seeking an Estimator experienced working with multi-family and condominium communities. We are looking for someone who can evaluate buildings, develop scopes, and confidently price roofing, exterior repairs, and interior renovation projects.
You will work directly with property managers, association boards, and ownership groups to identify needs, build scopes, and drive projects from opportunity to contract. What You’ll Do
· Perform site inspections and develop scopes for roofing, exterior repairs, cap ex and renovation projects;
· Prepare clear, accurate estimates and proposals for multi-family and condominium properties;
· Build relationships with property managers and decision-makers to identify and win project opportunities;
· Work with our project management group as a team to ensure projects are set up and executed successfully (on time, on budget, satisfied clients); and
· Operate within a disciplined, KPI-driven estimating process.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience estimating roofing, exterior building envelope, cap ex or renovation projects (multi-family or light commercial preferred).
· Experience working with property managers, HOAs, COAs or multi-family ownership groups strongly preferred.
· Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
· Ability to walk a property, diagnose issues, and translate them into a clear scope of work.
· Professional presence with clients and strong communication skills.
· Organized, self-directed, and accountable.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
