Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficient at all essential duties and responsibilities of “Production Associate 1” job descriptions.
- Ability to operate 1-2 machines (slitter, printing press or sheeter) efficiently.
- Ability to read and follow workorder instructions.
- Can perform a machine “changeover” in a safe and timely manner.
- Can keep up with operator maintenance items (changing o-rings or pistons. Changing doctor blade assembly).
- Communicate needed maintenance items to supervisor or maintenance department. (new bearings, new set screws for trunnion bar. Worn shaft ends.)
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
- Enters production data into Radius operating system and downtown recording program with accuracy and
- details.
- Can properly start-up and shut-down 1-2 machines (slitter, printing press or sheeter)
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Have your assigned machine running at the time your shift begins.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must be a team player and consistently have a positive attitude.
- Must have computer skills and data entry.
- Possess a willingness to learn and seek personal growth.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- High school diploma or GED required..
