Perform comprehensive nursing assessments per license and unit protocols.

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
-
Monitor patient status and escalate clinical changes appropriately.

Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team (MDs, RTs, pharmacy, case management).

Document accurately and on time in the facility EHR.

Follow infection control, medication safety, and patient safety protocols.

Support patient dignity, privacy, and quality of care throughout the shift.

Licenciatura en Enfermería (Bachelor's degree in Nursing) from an accredited Chilean nursing program.

Valid Chilean nursing license (registered with Superintendencia de Salud).

Valid Chilean passport.

Clinical experience in at least one of the units listed above (Med-Surg, ER, ICU, IMCU, or Dialysis).

Willingness to obtain a US state RN license and pass the NCLEX-RN.

English proficiency sufficient for clinical practice.

Commitment to a 3-year employment contract at the placement facility.

Hourly base: USD $38–$40/hour (starting rate; increases apply per facility policy).

Equivalent annual base: USD $71,136 – $74,880 per year at 36 hrs/week.

Shift differentials (nights, weekends, holidays) apply per facility policy.
