We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Project Assistant to support a short-term Human Resources system implementation project. This position is expected to last approximately 3-4 months and will play a key role in organizing, digitizing, and transferring employee records into a new HR system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, data organization, and working with confidential information.
- Assist with the implementation of a new HR information system.
- Download employee documents and records from the existing HR system.
- Upload, organize, and map employee files into the new system.
- Scan and electronically file paper employee records.
- Ensure employee documentation is accurate, complete, and properly categorized.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team throughout the project.
- Previous administrative, HR, records management, or data entry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and electronic files.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a project-based environment.
