About The Role:
We’re looking for Seasonal Starbucks Associates to join our team! This is a temporary, high-energy role where you’ll craft delicious beverages, create welcoming experiences, and help keep the store running smoothly. Assignments last from a few days up to several weeks, depending on store needs. Weekend availability and flexible scheduling are required.
What You Do:
- Prepare beverages and food items to standard recipes and presentation guidelines

Keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming

Anticipate customer and store needs with a friendly attitude

Communicate effectively with team leads and managers

Stock and organize supplies, ingredients, and retail items

Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old

Barista or food service experience preferred

Comfortable operating coffee-making equipment safely

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math and computer skills

Able to lift 25–50 lbs and be on your feet throughout your shift

Able to bend, climb, kneel, and move around as needed
