Job Overview
MasMed Rehab is a specialty physical therapy practice in Miami dedicated to pelvic health, lymphedema therapy, oncology rehab, and orthopedics. As a small, intimate practice, you'll work closely with our clinician/owner day to day. It is an organization where your work is seen and valued. We're looking for a warm, sharp, efficient bilingual Patient Experience & Practice Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our front office. What You'll Do
- Face of the practice: Greet every patient, in person and on the phone, with warmth and professionalism that sets the tone for their visit and experience.
- Run the Schedule: Book appointments, convert leads into scheduled appointments, manage confirmations and reminders, and keep our calendar running like clockwork.
- Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic and OptimisPT.
- Handle patient intake efficiently, keep records accurate and up to date in our EMR system, escort patients to the treatment rooms.
- Assist with insurance verification and basic billing inquiries – training provided.
- Keep the office running: Filing, faxing, monitor supplies and inventory, assisting staff with any other clerical duties needed.
- Help Us Grow: Be comfortable with marketing and outreach ideas (social media, community events, or word-of-mouth referrals)
What You Bring
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal): required.
- A friendly, professional, adaptable attitude: you make people feel taken care of.
- Comfort with EMR systems: prior experience preferred, not required.
- Prior experience in a medical office, reception, or administrative role: preferred.
- Medical billing exposure: preferred, not required.
- Sharp organizational skills and the ability to juggle a busy front desk.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
