We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Traffic Controllers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians around construction sites. This position requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and the public.

Available Positions:
Lead Flagger / Sign Setter
$22.50–$24.50/hr. (Depending on experience)
Entry-Level Flaggers
$20.50/hr. No experience needed – we’ll train you!
$3 pay Shift Differentials for nights between 6:00pm and 6:00am and weekend work!
Work sites vary across the region – no two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain safe traffic control zones (training provided)
- Monitor and manage traffic flow on job sites
- Uphold safety and compliance standards
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Represent the company with professionalism and reliability
Requirements – Entry-Level Flaggers:
- Age 21 or older
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Must pass a background check
- Must wear jeans and work boots
- Will need a WA/OR Flagger Card – we can help you get certified!
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Requirements – Leads:
- 6+ months of flagging experience
- Valid WA/OR Flagger Card - we can help you get certified!
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Flexible availability (including overnights/weekends)
- Must pass a background check
- Willingness to travel in a company vehicle
- $500 sign-on bonus for Leads after 160 hours worked
- Age 21 or older
Schedule Options:
- Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Up to 12-hour shifts
- Overtime and on-call opportunities available
