Job Summary

Duties
- Assist with food preparation
- Assist with prep work (making dough, cutting vegetables, ect.)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Operate POS systems such as Genius POS for order processing and transactions
- Support guest services by providing friendly in-person customer service and addressing guest inquiries or needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper safety practices
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
