Accurate Full-Service Vehicle Center has proudly served the Appleton automotive and heavy-duty truck community since 1954. We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to help lead our automotive service department.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of our automotive service department
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with the Service Manager and technicians
- Prepare repair estimates and clearly communicate repair recommendations to customers
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Open and close repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate parts availability with our in-house parts department
- Help maintain technician productivity and efficient shop operations
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Ensure repair orders are complete, accurate, and well documented
- Assist with training, coaching, and improving department processes
- Work closely with management to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager
- Possesses a solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
- Communicates professionally with customers, technicians, and coworkers
- Remains calm and organized while managing multiple priorities
- Is detail oriented and highly organized
- Takes ownership and accountability rather than assigning blame
- Believes great teams solve problems together
- Is comfortable using computers and shop management software
- Is looking to build a long term career, not just another job
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in automotive service advising or service management
- Experience preparing estimates and presenting maintenance and repair recommendations
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
