Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support as needed.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and to manage customer accounts effectively.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while assisting customers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide product information and support to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry skills.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to conduct outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
