We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. No life insurance license is necessary to apply, as the agency offers an expedited licensing course. Once licensed, ongoing support, training, mentorship, and guidance are provided to ensure success and help agents realize their full potential. Job seekers should be motivated with superior communications, customer service, and interpersonal skills. This is a 100% commission-based position with superior training and ZERO cold calls!

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients about final expense life insurance options
- Conduct in-person consultations - 4/5 per day
- Submit applications and follow up on client inquiries
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
- Compassionate and service-oriented mindset
- Laptop or tablet and cell phone are required
- Must be able to pass a background check
