Job Overview
Beyond Juicery + Eatery is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operation.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hospitality management experience and a proactive approach to training development, food management, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and restaurant management practices.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service operations.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food handling procedures, and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to develop, train, motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Store hours may vary. We open as early as 7a and close as late as 9p. Weekends with a variety of day and evening shifts are required for all managers. Pay is negotiable and is based on experience.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
