Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the electrical supply house, including inventory control, order processing, and stock replenishment
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service and safety
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and negotiate procurement terms
- Develop and implement efficient workflows for receiving, storing, and distributing supplies
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and sales transactions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all supply house activities
- Support budget management by monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation

- Staff Management: Training and supervising team members to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of electrical products, including components, and tools.
- perience: Experience in wholesale distribution or industrial sales is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking software.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in supply chain management within an electrical or HVAC environment
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory tracking and record keeping
- Knowledge of electrical supplies, tools, and related products is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy
- Familiarity with operations management software and inventory systems
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
