The Opportunity
We're hiring a Kitchen Manager to help run the culinary show at a high-volume, experience driven restaurant. If you live for seasonal ingredients, tight service, and building teams that crush a busy Saturday night, we want to talk. We’re looking for someone who knows food and has:

What You Will Do
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop all BOH staff. Set the standard for cleanliness, safety, and technique
- Live, model, and train the Keel Farms values that are core to our culture and success.

- Has strong administrative skills, including scheduling and inventory management; experience with Toast and 7shifts is a plus.
- Is warm, welcoming, and people-loving; energized by serving thousands of guests each week through festivals, events, and daily service.
- Dependable, reliable, and self‑motivated.
- Able to work 10+ hour shifts, including standing and other physical activity for extended periods of time.
- Cares deeply about both leading and managing in a way that creates clear accountability.
- Able to work all shifts, including closing shifts.
- Comfortable being responsible for the quality and consistency of all back of house operations.
- Experience with budgeting and labor cost control and the ability to help achieve profit objectives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Truly guest-obsessed in service standards.
- Able to effectively give and receive feedback, communicate up and down the chain of command, and stay nimble, adaptable, and flexible while championing the needs of both the company and the team.
- Ready to juggle a lot of “cider cans” in the air — strong time management and project management skills are essential.
- Food safety manager certification is required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
