Summary:
As the Assembler, you will be a pivotal member of our team, reporting to the Production Supervisor. This role is responsible for putting together products and parts in a manufacturing setting, you will follow assembly instructions, operate tools and perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Assemble products according to blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions provided.
- Utilize hand and power tools to fasten, fit, and connect components.
- Inspect parts and components for accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor the assembly line for potential issues and report them to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on assembly line equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
- Assist in other areas of production as needed.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent experience.
· One to two years’ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents, such as blueprints.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
