We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented Toolmaker/Machinist to join our innovative team.
General Function:
Machining & Toolmaker duties. E&S Gage is in the “ground Support “Tool industry. We manufacture, repair and assemble per Customers specifications a variety of products serving the Aerospace Industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Machine & assemble simple and complex mechanical assemblies
- Read, comprehend and implement Customers Specifications during build.
- Follow drawing requirements, job order, and tooling instructions.
- Familiar with hand tools and usage
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
- Perform in process inspection as required using appropriate measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gages, and indicators.
- Mark assemblies & details
- Must keep work area clean and neat.
Physical Requirements:
- It is the responsibility of all employees to follow correct lifting techniques and seek help or utilize mechanical lifting aids as appropriate to avoid potential injury.
Education:
HS Diploma or Equivalent Certificate
Pay Rate:
Hourly wage range $19.00- $25.00 per hour or commensurate with experience.
