- Manager-in-Training (MIT)

What You’ll Do
Sales Associates:
- Help customers find the right products
- Build relationships and drive sales
- Maintain showroom appearance
Accounts Representatives:
- Manage customer accounts and payments
- Handle collections and follow-ups professionally
- Keep accurate records and process transactions
Manager-in-Training (MIT):
- Learn all areas of store operations
- Assist with team leadership and sales goals
- Train for future management opportunities
All Roles:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate POS system and handle transactions
- Assist with inventory and merchandising
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required – we provide training
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Basic math and computer skills are a plus
