Duties
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, fostering a friendly and engaging shopping environment
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as a keyholder
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets through effective coaching and training
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure attractive product displays
- Handle cash register operations, cashiering duties, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new employees
- Maintain organized records of sales, payroll, inventory levels, and store documentation
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales with a strong understanding of customer service excellence
- Supervising or assistant manager experience preferred; leadership skills are essential
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, merchandising, and POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with training & development of team members and fostering a positive work culture
