We are looking for emerging clinicians on the Texas LPA pathway who have completed a master’s degree in Psychology and are in the process of applying for Texas LPA licensure. This position is designed specifically for Texas LPA‑Eligible providers and is not open to applicants licensed in other disciplines (e.g., LPC/LPC‑A, LMFT/LMFT‑A, LMSW/LCSW, LLP, PLP, PsyPact‑only). All applicants must reside in Texas and meet Texas BHEC requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services to adult clients under supervision
- Conduct intake assessments and assist with diagnostic formulation
- Develop treatment plans and participate in case conceptualization
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Attend weekly virtual supervision (meets Texas BHEC requirements)
- Participate in virtual team meetings and trainings
- Deliver all services via tele‑health
- Uphold ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology only, in accordance with Texas LPA requirements
- Eligible for LPA licensure in Texas (or actively pursuing)
- Ability to provide Texas LPA license number OR Texas LPA application number
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Familiarity with EHR systems and tele‑health platforms preferred
- Must reside in Texas
Evaluation Period
All contractors will complete a 6‑month evaluation period focused on:
- Clinical quality
- Documentation accuracy
- Professionalism
- Reliability
- Responsiveness
- Adherence to supervision
After successful completion, clinicians may be considered for expanded roles, including work with other populations and additional programs.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
