Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused part-time Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest services in a hotel or resort environment.
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (including weekends & holidays)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests; handle overnight inquiries and requests
- Manage reservations, calls, and guest communications
- Perform night audit procedures and balance daily transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred (Night Audit a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and overnight hours
