Green Medical Consulting is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to a very pleasant adult female who is legally blind.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, staying active, and spending time in the community.

About the Individual
- Very pleasant and friendly adult female.
- Legally blind.
- Ambulates independently and enjoys walking.
- Loves getting out into the community and participating in activities.

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Accompany the individual on community outings, including shopping, restaurants, parks, appointments, and recreational activities.
- Encourage independence while ensuring safety.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Provide guidance while walking in the community.
- Observe and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Complete daily documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous DSP, caregiver, CNA, HHA, or related experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
- Comfortable walking for extended periods during community outings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
