Focus on counseling, and we’ll handle the rest (office space, insurance claims, referrals, payroll, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services to clients and manage your own schedule.
- Document client progress using our easy-to-use Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining autonomy in your work.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure in New Jersey.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mental health counseling.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Compensation
- Fully Licensed (Full-Time): 50–60% commission split (increases 1%/year up to 10 years), quarterly bonus, benefits included. Average hourly rate - $60-$92.50.
- Fully Licensed (Part-Time): 50% commission split, quarterly bonus if meets or exceeds 125+ clinical hours/quarter minimum, no benefits.
- Provisionally Licensed: 50$ per hour for full time clinicians, 40$ per hour for part time clinicians. (increases $1/year 800+ hours), benefits for full-time only. Full time clinicians will receive 40$ per hour until reaching full caseload at which point per hour rate increases to 50$ per hour
