Account Manager - Temporary
Position Summary
The Temporary Construction Security Manager (Account Manager) is responsible for overseeing all construction security operations in San Antonio, including TX11 and TX21. This role serves as the primary operational lead for all temporary construction security services and is responsible for ensuring proper staffing, operational execution, client support, scheduling coordination, compliance, and communication across all assigned construction operations. The Temporary Construction Security Manager will partner closely with the General Manager, Account Managers, and Human Resources Business Partner to support operational goals, staffing initiatives, and client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day construction security operations across all locations in San Antonio

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for all construction-related security matters

Ensure staffing levels are maintained to meet all client coverage requirements

Coordinate scheduling coverage, call-offs, overtime, and staffing adjustments as needed

Recruit, interview, onboard, and support security personnel to meet operational demands

Partner with Account Managers, Site Supervisors, and leadership to ensure operational consistency across all sites

Execute operational procedures and training while ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations

Maintain regular communication with client representatives regarding operational updates, concerns, and support needs

Ensure all officers maintain compliance with PPE requirements, uniform standards, and post expectations

Monitor operational readiness and proactively identify staffing or operational risks

Conduct site visits, inspections, and operational audits to ensure quality and compliance

Train, coach, evaluate, and document employee performance

Issue corrective action and disciplinary documentation when necessary

Prepare reports, respond to operational inquiries, and maintain proper documentation

Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations, company policies, and client procedures

Follow and enforce all safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions or hazards

Assist with startup planning, operational deployments, and rapid staffing initiatives

Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational or client needs
