Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, knowledgeable beverage and food recommendations, and efficient order processing. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, desserts, or premium selections to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling duties responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food safety practices.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements

- Serving experience / customer service experience is preferred.
