What to expect in this role:
Preparing all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts with quality and consistency
Assisting in maintaining labels and expiration on products, maintaining storage areas
Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas
Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management
Qualified candidates will IDEALLY have:
Prior experience in a service driven restaurant
Passion for great food and drinks served with care and consistency
Thorough knowledge of culinary skills
Desire to work in a high-profile, challenging restaurant
Personable and professional demeanor
Timely and responsible
Organized, self-sufficient, able to work under pressure
Excellent hospitality skills
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus to be ablate communicate better with staff
