Certified School Nurse – Woodridge, Illinois Area - 2026–2027 School Year
Elevation Healthcare has partnered with a school district in the Woodridge, Illinois area seeking a full-time Certified School Nurse for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is a district and administrator we have served since 2018.
All applicants must be a licensed RN in the state of Illinois, in addition to either being a certified school nurse holding a PEL or an RN with IEP designation. School-based nursing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Oversee 7 health aides and 4 RNs
- Complete medical reviews for Special Education and 504 evaluations
- Oversee 504 plans
- Develop healthcare plans for students
- Oversee state reporting
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Active Illinois RN License
- Certified School Nurse (CRN) (PEL)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
