We're looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our suite of deployment solutions. You will be responsible for turning complex technologies into intuitive, mission-ready products that customers trust in demanding real-world environments. This isn't a traditional backlog management role. You'll be responsible for turning cutting-edge technologies into intuitive, mission-ready products that customers trust in demanding real-world environments.

You'll bring together hardware, software, AI, networking, power, and supporting components into complete solutions that are easy to deploy, reliable, and built for the mission.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and success of MatrixSpace's deployment product portfolio.

Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, operational environments, and mission requirements through direct customer engagement and field observation.

Translate customer needs into product direction, balancing technical feasibility with operational simplicity.

Lead cross-functional product development across software, AI, hardware, systems engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer-facing teams.

Prioritize features, tradeoffs, and product decisions with a strong bias toward customer value and mission success.

Drive products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.

Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure integrated solutions are reliable, intuitive, and production-ready.

Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support product launches, customer demonstrations, and ongoing product evolution.
What We're Looking For
This position requires working directly or indirectly with the US Government in restricted environments. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and may be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance in the future.
- 5+ years of Product Management, Systems Engineering, Program Management, Technical Product Management, or related experience.

Experience delivering complex integrated hardware and software products from concept through deployment.

Strong customer discovery and product definition skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Experience making product tradeoffs across multiple engineering disciplines.

Ability to travel periodically to customer sites, field tests, and demonstrations.

Experience with organizations such as FLIR, AeroVironment, Dedrone, Motorola Solutions, L3Harris, Anduril, Shield AI, Skydio, or similar companies is highly valued but not required. Military or operational experience is also a strong plus. Whether you've served yourself or spent significant time working alongside operators, you understand what makes equipment succeed—or fail—in real-world conditions.
