Seeking a Field Service Technician with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude to support rotating equipment service operations across the Gulf Coast region. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of industrial rotating equipment in customer-facing environments.

- Perform installation, testing, alignment, and commissioning of rotating equipment
- Service and troubleshoot industrial equipment including motors and generators
- Conduct vibration analysis and mechanical diagnostics
- Perform alignment and high-torque mechanical work
- Support electrical troubleshooting up to switchgear level
- Work with VFD systems (installation and basic diagnostics exposure preferred)
- Interface with OEM-serviced equipment in the field
- Execute customer-facing field service work safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to support execution and client outcomes
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude (hybrid background preferred)
- Experience with rotating equipment (motors, generators, industrial systems)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Alignment and installation testing
- Motor diagnostics and basic electrical testing (meters, instrumentation)
- High-torque mechanical work
- Field service, industrial maintenance, or similar hands-on technical background
- Strong troubleshooting ability and willingness to learn
- Safety-first mindset
- Exposure to VFD systems
- OEM or industrial service environment experience
- Background in turbine mechanics, power generation, or industrial maintenance
- Military or structured discipline background a plus
