Location: Smither's Pharmacy
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. & Friday 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Occasional Saturdays: 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
We’re seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will support pharmacists and serve as a key point of contact for patients and healthcare providers. This role is responsible for processing prescriptions, managing medication orders, coordinating pharmacy communications, and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service that enhances patient safety and access to medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacist with daily operations
- Process third-party billing and reconciliation
- Fill and dispense medications accurately
- Maintain inventory and stock levels
- Support safe, efficient pharmacy services
- Ensure compliance with NRHA standards
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active WV Pharmacy Technician registration or certification
- National certification (PTCB or NHA) required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
