Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled, motivated electrician to join our growing maintenance team and help keep our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience with:
- 24VDC control circuits
- 240VAC systems
- 480VAC three-phase power
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical components including:
- Relays
- Fuses
- Switches
- Circuit breakers
- Motor starters
- Overload protection devices
- Sensors
- Ability to wire and rewire three-phase motors.
- Proficient in using a digital multimeter (Fluke or equivalent) for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues in a production environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working with industrial machinery, motors, and automated equipment.
- Willingness to assist with installing new equipment, running electrical power, and supporting equipment upgrades.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Experience working around roll forming, welding/fabrication, or paint systems.
- Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.
- Experience working with robotic equipment or a willingness to learn robotic systems.
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E and safe electrical work practices.
