We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Registered Nurse for a 13-week on-site contract opportunity in Middle Township, New Jersey. This Wound Care RN role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to provide specialized wound assessment, treatment, and documentation in a focused clinical setting. Located near the beautiful Jersey Shore, the 08210 area offers a welcoming community atmosphere with convenient access to coastal attractions, outdoor recreation, and charming local amenities.
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2600-$2730
- Location: Middle Township, New Jersey
- Setting: On-site wound care nursing
- Start Date: 8/5/2026
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- At least 2 years of inpatient nursing experience required
- 2 years of wound care nursing experience preferred
- Strong wound assessment, treatment, and documentation skills
- Ability to follow provider direction and approved clinical protocols
- Excellent communication, patient care, and clinical support skills
- Wound care certification required
- Assess, measure, and monitor wounds using approved wound care protocols
- Apply dressings, treatments, and advanced wound care interventions as directed by the provider
- Document all patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate closely with the provider to support individualized treatment plans
- Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a clinical setting with an approximate volume of 1-2 patients per hour
- Educate patients on wound care, healing support, and follow-up instructions as appropriate
