American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU General position in Santa Fe, NM, requiring TNCC certification and Epic EMR experience.

General ICU unit within an acute care hospital setting
-
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
13-week contract
-
Epic EMR used
-
Active NM RN license or current Compact state license required
-
Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and TNCC
-
Minimum 1 year of ICU/critical care nursing experience

Graduate of an accredited RN program
-
Proficiency with Epic EMR

SSN required for consideration

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient age and acuity
-
Reassess patients systematically to identify trends and modify the plan of care accordingly
-
Coordinate and delegate team assignments, following up on delegated tasks for quality and completeness

Perform Point of Care testing procedures

Participate in orientation of new staff and students on the unit
-
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel pay rates
