- This is a part-time role with approximately 10-25 hours per week
- You should be available to work preferably all hours when the warehouse is open:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 9am-4pm
- Fridays 9am-2pm

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Pickers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are selected accurately and efficiently for order fulfillment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and adherence to safety standards while working collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
Picking Responsibilities
- Assemble products into packaging as instructed
- Accurately pick products utilizing our proprietary SKU system into boxes or containers according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before submitting them to be packed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize picking and packing processes and improve efficiency.
Convention Preparation Responsibilities
In addition to regular picking and packing duties, this position will assist with preparing inventory and merchandise for our busy convention schedule. Responsibilities include:
- Pull and pack large quantities of merchandise for upcoming conventions using prepared inventory lists.
- Organize convention inventory to ensure products are packed accurately and efficiently for transport.
- Pack and prepare boxes, containers, displays, and other materials needed for conventions.
- Load and unload merchandise, supplies, and equipment from company vehicles and box trucks.
- Help return, unload, and organize convention inventory and supplies after events.
- Verify that convention shipments and loads are complete before they leave the warehouse.
- Assist with other warehouse and convention-preparation tasks as needed during busy event periods.
- Regularly lift, carry, and move boxes and merchandise as part of convention preparation and loading.
Skills
- Experience with Picking/Packing is preferred
- Attention to detail: Ability to focus on the specifics of each product being picked, ensuring accuracy in picking and packaging.
- Time management: Efficiently manage time to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Physical stamina: Capable of standing and walking for long periods and lifting packages as needed throughout the shift.
- Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Basic math skills: Competence in performing simple calculations for inventory tracking and picking/packaging requirements.
We are a growing company in a fun and imaginative sector of the retail industry. The positions within our company are all-hands-on-deck, so as a Picker you will also be working as a Packer or assisting with inventory after adequate training.
