Position: Store Manager
Location: Serramonte Center, Daly City, CA
Responsibilities:
- Daily store operations management
- Staff scheduling, training, and supervision
- Staff hiring and onboarding
- Inventory management and ordering
- Sales, quality, and food safety oversight
- Collaboration with management to meet store targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of store manager experience in food/beverage
- Boba or café operations experience
- Team management skills
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification required
- Bilingual (Japanese/English) welcome, but English-only is fine
- Valid work authorization required
